Senior Renewable Energy Projects Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Renewable Energy Projects Leader to spearhead the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of high-profile Renewable Energy projects.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with deep expertise in the clean energy domain, who can drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful results.

  • Lead large cross-functional project teams across various delivery models.
  • Align project execution with corporate vision, growth strategy, and sustainability goals.
  • Evaluate technology options and project partnerships for optimal impact.
Project Execution & Delivery
  • Oversee multiple project portfolios with a sharp focus on timely delivery, quality control, and cost optimization.
  • Implement robust project monitoring systems.
Operations & Maintenance
  • Set up efficient O&M frameworks for long-term performance and asset lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, vendors, and regulators.
Key Qualifications
  • 18-25 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the Renewable Energy domain.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end solar or wind projects.
  • Experience across multiple delivery models – EPC, IPP/Developer model, and O&M.
