Operations Manager for Renewable Energy Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the inspection operations of renewable energy projects, specifically solar and wind energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining inspection processes across various stages, from manufacturing to commissioning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of inspectors and oversee the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
  • Optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to guarantee quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to coordinate projects and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC inspection or operations in renewable energy mandatory.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy.
  • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation.
