Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various business operation activities, developing actionable insights, and preparing financial and operational models.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and knowledge of Excel macros and Power BI to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with senior leadership to prepare presentations, develop reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all types of business operation activities, including project management office (PMO) tasks.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform business decisions by analyzing data and market trends.
  • Prepare financial and operational models to support decision-making.
  • Prepare analysis reports based on financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver presentations to senior leadership to communicate key findings and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of Excel macros and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles and financial reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of Excel macros.
  • Power BI certification preferred.
  • Excellent email writing and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good financial knowledge and analytical skills.
