Renewable Energy AI Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced AI leader to spearhead our cutting-edge innovation efforts in renewable energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions across the energy domain.
Main Objectives:
- Lead AI product development for the renewable energy sector, focusing on innovative applications and technologies.
- Translate business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled AI engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance and performance of AI systems, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Drive digital transformation through strategic AI innovation, exploring emerging trends and technologies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to leverage expertise and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance, leveraging data science and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate emerging technologies and optimize AI system performance.
- Lead performance and career development of AI engineers, identifying areas for growth and providing targeted support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in the energy domain, with a strong focus on AI implementation and innovation.
- Proven track record in developing and leading high-performing AI teams, driving business outcomes and growth.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI frameworks, and data governance, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and analytics, with a strong focus on Gen AI and emerging technologies.
