Strategic Transformation Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for senior leadership stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior management and visiting executives.
  • Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings including quarterly performance reviews and Board presentations.
  • Support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth & scale.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.

Required qualifications include a Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, business management, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
