Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional ownership of strategic operations ensuring proper coordination with support departments and vendors.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance profitability and efficiency through operational improvements.
  • Engage with teams to identify bottlenecks, implement best practices, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide upscale customer service experiences, monitoring customer-centric operations to achieve delivery and service quality norms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Vendor Management and Operations Strategy.
  • Proven experience in Vendor Management, Operations Management, and process improvement.
  • High ownership, self-starter ability to adapt to a changing environment, multitask, and work in a dynamic environment.
