Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Manager to lead our manufacturing excellence initiatives and drive process improvements across the organization.

About the Role

The Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing site-wide master plans, driving change management processes, and ensuring alignment between departments. They will also lead and support departments in implementing MMS practices and coach managers to develop teams at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site-wide master plans for IMFL packaging hall and departmental-level implementation
  • Lead change management processes for the department as part of the site leadership team
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating departmental efforts
  • Support departments in implementing MMS practices and meet their broad plans
  • Couch managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through ManEx practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Consumer Goods manufacturing & Process Improvement experience
  • Strong influencing skills to persuade senior stakeholders using data
  • Effectively manage relationships, internal and external, to achieve world-class performance outcomes
