About Center Leadership Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive operational excellence in our IVF centers.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Preparation & Performance Targets: Develop annual operating budgets and performance targets aligned with corporate strategy
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key performance indicators (KRAs)
  • Cost Optimization & Compliance: Lead initiatives to optimize costs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • SOP Implementation: Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), medical record management, and audit readiness
  • Operational Issues: Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance
  • Liaison with Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets
  • P&L Coordination: Coordinate monthly profit and loss statements with the corporate management information system (MIS) team
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics through proactive engagement

  • Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and empower teams
  • Financial Acumen: Proven financial acumen, including the ability to achieve financial targets (revenue, EBITDA, contribution margin)
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences
  • Compliance & Medico-Legal: Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements, with a strong commitment to regulatory adherence
  • Process Orientation: Process-driven individual with a focus on detail and a passion for continuous improvement
