Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to drive innovation and growth within our organization.
This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a digital roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation.
- Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Mentor and develop team members around digital skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting.
