Job Overview:

Transformation Leader

This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation programs focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency and quality improvement across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategic transformation initiatives to drive measurable outcomes in productivity, billable utilization, service level agreement adherence, and key customer experience metrics (customer satisfaction, first call resolution, etc.).

  2. Identify and champion use cases for artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, predictive analytics and automation across key functions such as quality assurance, workforce management, fraud detection and content moderation.

  3. Leverage lean six sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste and minimize variation in critical business processes.

  4. Partner with business leaders, operations heads and IT stakeholders to successfully execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible return on investment.

  5. Lead the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity, focusing on areas like citizen development, AI literacy and digital transformation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Six sigma black belt certification mandatory.
  • Twelve years of experience in business process outsourcing/knowledge process outsourcing/shared services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • Five years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle from development to deployment and AI governance.
