We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Unit's HR function at Manipal Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs and regular communication channels.
  • Implement a Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in partnership with the Corporate HR team.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide them with development opportunities through the Talent Development Centre, in collaboration with Corporate HR.
  • Partner with Corporate HR to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Develop and execute Recognition and Reward programs to recognize and reward top performers.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Design strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with the Corporate L&D team to deliver relevant training programs.
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
