Job Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage key aspects of the organization’s human resources function, fostering a positive culture and driving employee engagement.

  • Performance Management: The selected individual will be responsible for managing performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans, and implementing employee recognition programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits management: This person will assist in administration, provide guidance to leadership, address employee inquiries, and manage job level restructuring.
  • Learning and Development: They will identify gaps in technical competencies, implement delivery methods, coordinate with subject matter experts, establish metrics, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement: A key aspect of this role will be to foster a positive organizational culture, develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction, ensure effective communication channels, and facilitate team-building activities.
  • Organizational Design and Structure: The successful candidate will assess and design organizational structures, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Employee Relations: This individual will develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and handle confidential information with discretion.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, a PG degree in HR from a reputable institute, minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of Labour laws, excellent computer skills, exposure to HRMS tool, and understanding of LMS and other training tools.
