Job Title: Business Partnership Executive

This is an autonomous role where you will be managing a portfolio of business clients, offering bespoke financial solutions tailored to their needs.

  • You will require a strong understanding of the local market with a focus on self-employed individuals.
  • Experience in this geography is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for understanding your clients' businesses and providing suitable financial products, such as business loans, overdraft facilities.
  2. Collaborate closely with DSA's, telemarketing teams, and branch banking staff to onboard new customers.
  3. Cross-sell various financial services like current accounts, savings accounts, life insurance, and general insurance.
  4. Foster relationships with key decision-makers in target segments and establish trust and confidence with clients.
  5. Stay vigilant about competitive elements in target segments, enhancing Kotak's presence and penetration in the target market.
  6. Optimize efficiency by monitoring account sourcing and performing top-ups on existing loans when possible.
Requirements:
  • An MBA or CA qualification would be advantageous.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in the local market is required.
  • A background in credit and sales knowledge is essential.
  • Prior experience of driving and managing teams is necessary.
  • Strong leadership, self-motivation, and communication skills are vital for team management.
  • Relationship management skills are also crucial.
  • Good influencing skills are necessary for success in this role.
