Business Analyst - Growth Team

This is a high-ownership, execution-first role designed for smart, fast-moving graduates from top-tier colleges who want to work directly with founders on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.

As a key member of the growth team, you will be responsible for supporting outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team. You will also coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth & GTM Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective growth strategies. Ensure seamless communication between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive successful client onboarding.
  • Partnership & Strategic Projects: Assist founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations. Conduct market research to identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Business Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs. Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and investors.
  • Operational Support for Growth: Coordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables. Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes. Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.)
  • 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)
  • Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools
  • High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows
