
Zone Development Director

Our organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to serve as a key member of our leadership team. As the Zone Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that foster a culture of excellence within your zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and expand market share within the zone.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure performance against established goals and develop corrective action plans to address any gaps or deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Finance)
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
