**Job Title:** Senior Cluster Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee the management of a cluster/region consisting of 10-15 properties, each with 40-50 rooms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service quality experience is delivered to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee hotel/hostel regional operations, ensuring adherence to company defined standards in all departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance & engineering, training & development, etc.
  2. Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
  3. Manage operational budgets by allocating resources effectively and minimizing expenses through cost-effective strategies.
  4. Supervise timely hostel pre-launches by ensuring operational readiness and quality checks.
  5. Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations, implementing service improvements, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language is a must.
  • Willingness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations.
