Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Consultant-Government Advisory. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our E&S team, who supports the Government in their education and skill development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and data analytics, along with experience working in government ecosystems. They will lead and manage IT components of education reform projects, including system integration and software development.

We deliver forward-looking advisory services across various sectors, such as K-12 education, foundational literacy and numeracy skills, Technical and Vocational Education, and Training (TVET), higher education, education technology, and supplementary education.

About the Role:

  • Manage IT systems and integrate digital solutions for education reform programs.
  • Design and implement project strategies and monitoring tools.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure for project systems.
  • Apply data analytics and machine learning techniques to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with government departments at state, district, and mandal levels.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, IT project management, or system integration.
  • Proven experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with government procurement and project implementation processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Technical expertise in cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and data systems.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage with government stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working on state/national level system transformation projects.
