Job Role: Project Management Support SpecialistProject Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide project management support for various pharmaceutical regulatory affairs outsourcing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules by understanding scope, determining resources and allocating tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects with expected quality standards.
  • Liaise between analytics teams and functional teams for digital project implementation and automation.
  • Monitor and track project health through SLA/KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Interface with clients, lead and participate in meetings, update and communicate project status reports.
  • Establish governance and communication plans in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring effective communication across internal service lines and clients.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to integrate and track risks, actions, issues, decisions and opportunities.
  • Lead and maintain communication with finance/operations for invoicing and billing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage financial aspects of the program including cost tracking and profitability analysis.
  • Maximize PO utilization by recommending tactics for clients.
  • Communicate key project information on effort analysis against budget.
  • Resource allocation and management.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures of the organization/client.
  • Coordinate inspection readiness assessment and manage client audits along with other functional and support teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs and outsourcing projects.
  • Client interface and relationship management skills.
