We are seeking a skilled Costing Specialist to oversee project expenditure for complex and large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architectural drawings, prepare detailed cost estimates using Revit/AutoCAD software, and ensure accurate project forecasting.
  • Engage with vendors, conduct thorough cost analyses, and manage procurement inquiries to guarantee project profitability.
  • Visit sites to understand challenges, validate costs, track project progress, and maintain up-to-date pricing records.
  • Document best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project costing or estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
