Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our extensive real estate portfolio. This includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.

About Us:

This role requires expertise in managing property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects
  • Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting and financial statements. Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) is also required.

Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi is required. Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) is also required.
