Real Estate Fund Raising Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Real Estate Fund Raising Specialist. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various asset classes.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fund raising strategies
  • Build relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Industry: Real estate fund managers/financial institutions/real estate developers/operators/financial advisory firms
  • Real Estate Fund Raising experience is a MUST
  • Masters/Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Business Administration/Economics
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in financial analysis and modelling
