Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic professional with 7-10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising for our multidisciplinary sports complex.
  • Experience in business development and fundraising
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing CSR strategies
  • Strategic thinking and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks.
  2. Create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  3. Track and report fundraising goals through donor engagement and donation metrics.
  4. Collaborate with our Communications team to create high-impact presentations and experiences for prospects.
  5. Work closely with our leadership and project team to deliver fundraising goals.
  6. Represent us at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual - Tamil/English)
