Corporate Finance Professional

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, financing and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of M&A projects, including target identification and approach, deal structuring, and client advisory services.
  • Assisting in the creation of pitch documents, pricing/valuation papers, marketing materials, and management presentations.
  • Providing commercial negotiation support and transaction execution guidance to clients.
  • Assisting the project lead in daily execution of all aspects of M&A projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A/investment banking, or transaction advisory services.
  • MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a solid academic record.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Good understanding of capital markets.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills – English and German (mandatory).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Command in using research databases such as S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook, Fame, Orbis, among others.
