Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their fundraising needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment banking or a related field and be familiar with the private investment market. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with their fundraising needs by creating deal documents, such as pitch decks and financial models.
  • Advise clients on structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions and investor needs.
  • Ensure quality services are delivered to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of prior investment banking or investment analyst experience preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
