As the Head of Transaction Advisory, you will guide clients through deal execution and post-closing phases – ensuring seamless transitions, synergy realization, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal Execution & Integration
- Lead the drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, tax regulations).
- Liaise with statutory auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to ensure smooth compliance post-deal.
- Financial & Regulatory Management
- Oversee implementation of deal-related structures (SPA/SSA covenants, milestone-linked funding, earnouts).
- Support clients with closing balance sheet preparation, purchase price allocation, and consolidation.
- Stakeholder & Client Advisory
- Act as trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy.
- Manage cross-border coordination with legal, tax, and regulatory teams.
- Practice Leadership & Team Management
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team (finance, accounting, tax, process experts) to deliver transaction execution services.
- Mentor Managers and Associates, fostering consulting excellence and knowledge development.
- Business Development & Thought Leadership
- Develop service offerings in post-deal advisory and integration.
- Contribute to proposals, client pitches, and relationship management with key accounts.
