Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

Talent acquisition is a critical function that involves finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition team to ensure that we have the right people with the right skills and experience to deliver exceptional results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Lead the talent acquisition team to ensure that all recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
  3. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to get the best deals.
  4. Conduct final interviews and make recommendations on hiring decisions.
  5. Ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • International recruitment experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in a lead/manager role.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university.
