Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to drive the recruitment of top talent for our international university campuses in India.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions, with the ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates. They will be responsible for designing effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive talent, and driving an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
  • Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
