  • We are seeking an experienced finance professional to partner with our sales, delivery, and corporate finance teams to drive profitable growth across the region.">
  • The successful candidate will oversee pricing for complex deals (time and material, fixed price, managed services), ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.">
  • They will own the end-to-end profit and loss statement for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with business/function heads.">
  • The ideal candidate will lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.">
  • They will deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.">
  • Strategic business partnering is key in providing actionable financial insights to business leaders; supporting strategic planning, go-to-market initiatives, and investment decisions.">
  • Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.">
  • Monitor operating expenses, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.">
  • Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.">
  • Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.">
  • Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.">
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.">
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.">
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.">
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to global markets.">
  • Experience managing multi-geo profit and loss ownership and leading finance teams.">
