Financial Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation of management reports, reviewing key performance indicators, and guiding month-end/year-end closing and audit processes in accordance with statutory requirements.

The Financial Management Specialist will also oversee treasury operations, managing daily cash flow and optimizing working capital utilization. This includes monitoring and managing foreign exchange risk, liaising with banks and financial institutions to secure cost-effective funding, and coordinating with external consultants and legal advisors as needed.

Furthermore, this role requires ensuring timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns, such as GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, advance tax, and income tax, and making corresponding payments. You will also supervise GST reconciliation, ITC matching, audit preparation, and representation before departments as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Management Specialist will ensure completion of stock audits, statutory, and GST audits within timelines, resolve audit observations, and implement process improvements for better control and compliance. They will also oversee the preparation and review of CMA data, QIS reports, LC/bank guarantee documentation, and manage RBI compliance related to export-import transactions.

This position requires a deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in treasury operations, forex risk management, and banking network development. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
