We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP FICO module, including financial accounting, cost accounting, and asset accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with advanced degree preferred.
