Job Title: Financial ControllerWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Financial Leader to oversee the financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses.This role will serve as a key driver, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting.The ideal candidate should have over 10 years in accounting and finance with extensive leadership and financial control experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounts and finance teams.
  • Ensure proper task allocation and productivity monitoring.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring.
  • Oversee all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage the closing of books and ensure timely finalization of accounts.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms for complete financial visibility.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation.
  • Standardize financial procedures and policies across companies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Prepare and present periodic financial insights and performance summaries.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years in accounting and finance with extensive leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
