About the Job

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, prepare timely financial reports, and collaborate with auditors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent software.
  • Handling daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Preparing and reconciling bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring prompt GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with a certified accountant.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management.
  • Providing support in budgeting, cash flow management, and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
  • Assisting with documentation for property and land transactions, agreements, and legal filings as required in real estate operations.
  • Collaborating with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
