Job Opportunity: Financial Insights Manager

 

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Financial Insights Manager to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business decisions through comprehensive and actionable financial insights.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver Insightful Financial Reporting: Develop, analyze, and present timely, accurate financial reports that cater to the needs of various stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and management.
  2. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple business units.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and financial modeling skills to drive informed decision-making and strategic recommendations.
  4. Strategic Planning: Lead budget planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  5. Quality Control: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular reconciliations, audits, and thorough quality control measures.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior leadership, board members, and other key stakeholders.

 

Requirements

 

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
