Job Description

The role of Financial Business Analyst involves utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to provide meaningful insights to key business leaders. This position requires working closely with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to steer the business and monitor progress.

The Financial Business Analyst will specialize in financial and operational KPIs through engineering in-depth analysis and reporting. They will partner with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhanced business outcomes.

This position demands strong critical thinking skills to successfully operate in an entrepreneurial environment. The ability to multitask, innovate, and communicate complex information effectively is essential.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will be highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and possess advanced excel skills.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial analysis, corporate FPA, and have worked with essbase. They should also have experience in working with international teams and adapting to different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills)
  • Ability to multitask and be a self-starter
  • Strong logical reasoning skills, providing meaningful insights that are impactful
  • Ability to influence management
