Lead Business Insight Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Insight Specialist to join our organization. In this position, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data and develop strategic solutions to high-impact business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, correlations, and patterns that inform business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
