Business Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking a senior Business Intelligence Strategist to lead analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across customer and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business insights in areas such as customer engagement, loyalty measurement, and advanced analytics adoption.
  • Define and operationalize KPIs that measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty.
  • Own the analytics backlog, prioritizing quick wins with deep-dive strategic analyses.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, guiding them in methodology, prioritization, and problem-solving.
  • Explore AI/ML tools to improve customer segmentation, churn prediction, and self-serve analytics.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to strengthen data infrastructure, governance, and quality standards.
  • Communicate insights clearly and effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or customer intelligence, preferably in B2C retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong track record in building and operationalizing customer metrics (e.g., retention, repeat, churn, CLTV).
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards, and SQL.
  • Experience leading a small analytics team or mentoring analysts.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate data into business action.
