Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Track Key Metrics: Develop north-star and feature-level metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, with results turned into product decisions within the same week.
  • Empower Self-Serve Analytics: Build source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models, enabling teams to quickly access information.

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years in data science/analytics or similar; a BS/BA in a quantitative field.

  • Effective communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership; turning analysis into actionable insights.
  • Nice-to-haves: dbt, dashboarding, marketplace or search/recommendation metrics, LLM/agent evaluation.
