Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Data Insights Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to drive informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They will also have hands-on experience with data cleaning, handling large datasets, and working with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Key responsibilities include building dashboards and reports to track engagement, ROI, and event performance, as well as identifying patterns in participation, content virality, and market trends.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in data analytics is required, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights, are essential for success in this role.
  • Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets is also required.
