Senior Financial Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Payable and Receivable: Manage the payment and receipt of invoices, ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Vendor Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendors.
  • Employee Expense Processing: Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Cash Application and Allocation: Apply cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely application.
  • Credit Management: Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Other Monthly Reporting: Provide support with monthly reporting, including variance analysis and budget vs actual comparisons.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of education with 2+ years of prior work experience in AP processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes.
  • Problem solving skills.
