Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, and balance sheets. You will also be responsible for payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and fixed asset accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Manage payroll, including calculations, deductions, and submissions.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate cash management, including bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
  • Monitor and manage fixed assets, including depreciation and amortization.
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, as well as other financial reports as required.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
