Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing various financial data and performing systematic control and logging of financial transactions.

This includes processing journal entries, processing financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, collecting, recording, verifying and reconciling financial data, and performing Lease Accounting.

You will also maintain and update hierarchies in the general ledger, manage cost centers, record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets for book and tax purposes.

  • Prepare financial and ad-hoc reports and analyses.
  • Monitor and track periodic revenue and expenses.
  • Post bank statements on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and post journal entries that include accruals, re-classifications, adjustments, payroll, and clearing entries as per agreed timelines.
  • Perform month-end close activities as per close calendar agreed with customers.
  • Bank reconciliation statement.
  • Prepare cash flow statement.
  • Balance sheet review and reconciliation.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company processes and ensure variations are within threshold limits.
  • Process additions/disposals/retirements requests received for fixed assets.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts as per client organization policies and provide variance analysis as per frequency.
