Description

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Foster strong relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, cost control, and profitability.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.
  • Support the accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions team.
  • Collaborate with senior management in strategic financial decision-making.
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure efficient performance and growth.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is highly desirable).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, preferably with at least 2 years in Facility Management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
