Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial professional with experience in leading finance teams, developing and implementing financial strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and analyze financial performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting, manage working capital, and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling.
