Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Liaison Officer to manage government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs.

About the Role

We require a proactive individual with strong networking abilities and over 15 years of experience in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, Hindi, and local languages, and have a proven track record of working closely with BMC, Town Planning, Urban Development Authorities, Pollution Boards, and other government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between our organization and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
  • Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
