Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead business growth through the identification and pursuit of new opportunities. This involves strategic planning, market research, and driving initiatives to expand our presence in the market and achieve financial objectives.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
  • Drive growth through identification and conversion of new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with clients and partners to foster strong partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standard processes, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech in Biotechnology, MSc in Life Sciences, preferably Ph.D.

Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in Business Development with a strong understanding of Imaging capabilities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily management of sales and marketing activities.
