We are seeking an accomplished Sales Strategist to spearhead business growth and expansion. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for onboard new clients, developing and executing strategic plans for your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Listen actively and comprehend customer requirements effectively.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term solutions aligned with customers' goals.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain rational communication.
- Handle objections and navigate conversations towards productive outcomes.
- Utilize data insights to moderately adjust sales pitches according to customer needs.
- Grow revenue in strategic product areas through existing and new relationships with current accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your portfolio leveraging various tools and processes for book segmentation and engagement.
- Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing solution offerings.
- Translate marketing goals into actionable strategies on our marketing platform.
- Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and sales forecast objectives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
- University degree in any field.
- Sales knowledge on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
- Flexibility with rostered days off and working in shifts.
- Salesforce software working knowledge is advantageous.
