Strategic Sales Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Strategist to spearhead business growth and expansion. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for onboard new clients, developing and executing strategic plans for your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen actively and comprehend customer requirements effectively.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term solutions aligned with customers' goals.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain rational communication.
  • Handle objections and navigate conversations towards productive outcomes.
  • Utilize data insights to moderately adjust sales pitches according to customer needs.
  • Grow revenue in strategic product areas through existing and new relationships with current accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for your portfolio leveraging various tools and processes for book segmentation and engagement.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing solution offerings.
  • Translate marketing goals into actionable strategies on our marketing platform.
  • Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and sales forecast objectives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • University degree in any field.
  • Sales knowledge on social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
  • Flexibility with rostered days off and working in shifts.
  • Salesforce software working knowledge is advantageous.
