Business Growth Strategist

  • Drive revenue expansion through identification and conversion of new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify untapped markets and industry trends, positioning the organization as a supplier of choice.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
  • Provide strategic insights to drive business development activities, building and maintaining key partnerships and customer associations.
  • Formulate GTM tactics, including co-marketing, co-selling, and reselling initiatives to drive retention and expansion.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, staying updated on industry standards and competitive landscapes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or biotechnology.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of imaging capabilities.
  • Preferably experienced in flow cytometry, high-content imaging, spectral flow-cytometry, cell sorting, and flow antibodies.
