Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving business growth within defined product mix as per channel guidelines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Ensure all Sales Managers are trained on company products and company guidelines.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
