
Strategic Business Development Manager

This is a key position for driving business growth and development through the identification, conversion, and expansion of new business opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development activities with overall company strategies and provide strategic insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standard processes, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BE/BTech in Biotechnology, MSc in Life Sciences, preferably PhD.
- 7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of imaging capabilities and technologies, including flow cytometry, high-content imaging, and spectral flow-cytometry.
