We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing account expansion strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and objectives, and proactively addressing their concerns.
  • Account Growth and Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services, develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and collaborate with the sales team to generate new business within existing accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with our business objectives, analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges, and work with clients to understand their business goals and align our offerings accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise with project managers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction, coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities for strategic accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic account management within the technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
